Lutheran High School Northwest is looking for an individual to oversee building maintenance throughout the campus. General job responsibilties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversees building maintenance throughout the campus.
- Ensures that the school campus is clean and properly maintained.
- Ensures regular facilities inspections are conducted and documented.
- Ensures work completed by vendors and contractors is satisfactory.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Occasional flexible scheduling depending on school related events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in related position
- General mechanical, electrical, and plumber skills needed.
- Comfortable and able to work in a high school campus environment.
- Understanding the importance of a Christian school environment, team dynamics, flexibility, and prioritization.
- Willingness to support the mission of Lutheran High School Northwest.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
